zoo zoo National zoo
the national zoo and aquarium spans 62 hectares of shady forest land encompassing several ponds and small stgreams, at ulu kelang on the outskirts of the city. Built to resemble as closely as possible the natural habitat of the various animals and birds, the zoo is home to about 1,000 species of flora and fauna from malaysia and other parts of the world. The aquarium houses some 82 species of marine life. For children, there is the added attraction of exciting elephant, camel and donkey-cart rides, boat rides and zoo train. There are also special showtimes featuring elephants, parrot, orang utan and sea-lions. opening hours : weekends and saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm

hulu kelang, ampang
Selangor (also known by its Arabic honorific, Darul Ehsan, or "Abode of Sincerity") is one of the 13 states of Malaysia. It is on the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia and is bordered by Perak to the north, Pahang to the east, Negeri Sembilan to the south and the Strait of Malacca to the west. It completely surrounds the federal territories of Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya, both of which were once under Selangor's sovereignty.
